As a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee in 1972 with a degree in Business Administration, Del entered the Savings & Loan Industry after graduation. After 14 years in banking, he ventured out on his own in the field of mortgage banking. As a co-founder of Assured Mortgage in 1989, he now presides as President of the Company.
