Bill Duke has been a long-term resident of Southeastern Wisconsin, his family having lived in the area for over 150 years. Bill is a graduate of Carroll College in Waukesha. He has worked in the automotive business, spent almost a decade in residential real estate, (he was Waukesha County Board of Realtors REALTOR OF THE YEAR in 1985) and has been in the mortgage business since the late 1980's. Bill's time selling real estate has given him an insight into the negotiations going on between buyer and seller, and in many cases has helped him hold a deal together when difficulties arose.

Bill currently lives in the town of Merton in Waukesha County with his wife Sharon and teenagers Kyle and Ashley. Outside of work and family, he likes old cars, photography, travel and works with churches to find sponsors for refugees from war-torn areas.
